Top-7 Most Effective Masks for Hair Growth

Long hair from ancient times was considered the best decoration of a woman. But to grow such luxury is not an easy task, which requires a comprehensive approach. What are the ways to accelerate hair growth? Typically, for such purposes, masks with components that cause blood flow to the hair follicles are used. These include: pepper, onion, ginger, mustard, as well as various oils and oil extracts. If there is no time for hair treatment masks, we highly recommend you heal quickly, by using Proscar.

Mask number 1: Mask for hair growth from mustard

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard in powder;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar (preferably granulated sugar);
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

All the ingredients listed are mixed well until a thick sour cream. Apply the mixture to the roots of the hair, while actively massaging with your fingers. After applying, put on a shower cap and wrap your head with a towel to enhance the warming effect. Keep it from 15 to 40 minutes. But watch out for the sensations. If the effect of warming turns into a strong burning sensation, immediately wash off. Rinse the hair thoroughly with warm running water using a shampoo.

Note: Since mustard has drying properties, then to avoid drying the ends of the hair, grease them with olive oil before applying the mask.

Mask number 2: Onion mask for the hair growth

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onions in a gruel (in a blender or on a grater);
  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix ingredients and give the mixture a couple of minutes to infuse. With active rubbing movements, apply the mask to the roots of the hair and put on the shower cap. After 40 minutes, wash off the mask and rinse the hair thoroughly with shampoo.

Note: The onion remains a fairly persistent odor, so do this mask when you do not need to go out anywhere soon.

Mask number 3: Peppermint mask for hair growth

  • 2 tablespoons of the pepper oil extract from hot red pepper;
  • 4 tablespoons of honey.

Mix the ingredients and apply to damp hair. Put on a shower cap and tie a towel around it. After 30 minutes, rinse the mask with warm water and rinse the hair with shampoo.

Note: The oil extract from red pepper is made very simply. Grind 3 tablespoons of red hot pepper and place it in a small glass jar. Pour the crushed pepper with olive oil in a 1: 5 ratio. Close the lid and shake the content well. Put the jar in a dry dark place for 1 week. Periodically you can take it and shake. After a week, the preparation will be ready and can safely be used for the mask. Shelf life is very large, so do not throw it away, but use it for all subsequent pepper masks.

Mask 4: Ginger Mask for Hair Growth

  • 4 tablespoons of squeezed ginger root juice;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mix the ingredients and apply to dry hair, actively rubbing the mask at the roots. Hold the mask under the cap and a towel for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water and shampoo.

Note: this mixture turns out to be quite liquid, that’s why you should have some cloth, in case the mixture starts to flow a little from under the cap.

Mask 5: Oil Mask for Hair Growth

  • 2 tablespoons of burdock oil;
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon of vitamin for hair E.

Mix the oils and put the mixture warmed up in a water bath, as this mask works better in the initially heated form. After heating with active massaging movements, apply to the roots of the hair and also hold it under a plastic cap and a towel for 40-50 minutes. Next, wash the mask thoroughly, perhaps applying shampoo 3 times, as this oil mixture is more difficult to wash off.

Note: You can substitute olive oil for coconut, almond or peach. And if you want an even stronger effect, add 1 more teaspoon of oil pepper extract.

It is recommended to rub the broth into the scalp every two – three days. The recommended course is eight weeks. The mask is suitable for all types of hair.

Recommendations for the Course of Hair Growth Masks:

  • The most effective course is the following: select one mask and apply it for one month once a week. Then miss a month. Next month, select the next type of a mask and apply it according to the same scheme, etc. Thus, masks will actively influence the growth of hair, there will be time to fix the result, and changing masks will not give the effect of habituation.
  • All the above masks are very effective. Hair begins to actively grow and heal. But be careful, the masks contain irritating ingredients, so do not allow the mixture to enter the eyes and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, prone to allergies, check the mask right away at the elbow bend and apply it only as a mask to accelerate the dew of the hair. In case the mask caused an allergy, do not use it, try another one from the list.
  • To soothe the scalp after flushing the mask, rinse the scalp and hair with cold water.
  • Apply masks at least 1 time per week, but not more often as the skin needs to calm down. Do these procedures during 1 month.
